Asyar Company was founded in 2007 in the Kurdistan Region, in the city of Arbil, and it has branch in the city of Sulaymaniyah , Baghdad and Kirkuk.

Asyar company has implemented many construction projects in Kirkuk Governorate, Sulaymaniyah and its outskirts, Erbil and Baghdad.
1-Haifa City total consists of (350) residential units. It is an integrated residential and commercial complex on Haifa Street in Baghdad and was completed in the year (6/5/2022).
2-Building (700) residential homes in the Zarkuwiz area in Sulaymaniyah Governorate.
3- Building (1,200) residential units, including apartments, villas, houses, and an integrated mall containing (70) stores, stores, sports and entertainment halls in the name of White City (WHITE CITY 1) in Sulaymaniyah.
4- The company owns another project in Kirkuk Governorate called White City 2, which consists of (400) residential units under construction.
5- Implementing the construction of a residential complex in Istanbul with the company (IMPEKS GRUP).
6- Implementation of a water connection project with a tank with a capacity of (1000 m3) and a desalination and filtration system for distribution to the Qarqa area in Sulaymaniyah Governorate, which consists of (1200) housing units.
7- Implementation of street and sidewalk cladding with an area of(1200,000,000) thousand square meters.
8- Implementation of the water project in the Zargüez region.

10- The company owns a factory that produces cork with the EPS insulation system.
